The following was sent to me (and to all ROC Video Channel Members) about the change to the ROC Member status from paid to free starting from 01 March 2011. This does NOT relate to the AUSXIP Renee O'Connor Video Channel which is very different to the Official Renee O'Connor Video Channel.
Dear Roc Members,
As you all have heard we are changing the Membership to our Video Channel from Paid to a Free Subscription. We are very excited about this and hope you all are too.
Unfortunately however, we will need all members who have paid previously for their membership to cancel your account and re-join for free.
To cancel your subscription you will need to login in to 'Your Membership' and under 'Your Subscriptions' click cancel. This will re-direct you to your Paypal accounts so you can complete the cancellation.
We apologise for the inconvenience and hope you all continue to enjoy the Roc Video Channel.
