West Hollywood Film Festival, taking place Aug. 5-8 at various West Hollywood theaters. Opening night will be at the Pacific Design Center, 8687 Melrose Ave., in West Hollywood.
Renee O'Connor's Words Unspoken will open the festival.
The evening starts with a red carpet and reception at 6:00pm and ends with an after-party at The Abbey.
Tickets for WHIFF are $10 each and $7 for West Hollywood residents. Students and seniors are $5. A four-day festival pass is $125 and VIP passes are available for $150 each.
